I am a former rhythmic gymnast turned professional circus acrobat, specializing in contortion, hand-balancing, and aerial silks. I have had the opportunity to perform all over the United States in productions such as "Pippin the Musical" on Broadway and for the premiere of Cirque Du Soleil's Kurious. I have also performed internationally at special events in Hong Kong, Italy, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas. 

In addition to performing, I also own my own studio, ShellyFLEX Athletics, in Maryland, USA, where I have been teaching flexibility, hand-balancing, and contortion for more than 10 years!

I am extremely passionate about sharing the knowledge that I have been gathering ever since I was 6 years old, both through my own experiences in training with a variety of professional coaches, as well as everything I have learned from working with hundreds of students of all ages and skill levels.

I am so excited to help you achieve your goals and perform skills you never thought possible. I want to show you that with the right technique, proper training, and a dedicated coach by your side, YOU are capable of doing AMAZING things!
